ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Wildwood Legacy pieces are one of a kind, carefully handmade, and often created or finished for a specific customer. All sales are final once an order is placed or a project is approved, except where otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by Wildwood Legacy in writing.

PERSONALIZED AND ENGRAVED ITEMS

We confirm final engraving details or proof before work begins. Once the customer approves the name, date, wording, artwork, logo, and placement and engraving begins, personalized items are final sale.

CUSTOM PROJECTS

Before production begins, project direction and applicable proof materials are approved. When a custom piece is complete, final photographs or video are provided as appropriate before pickup, delivery, or shipment. Completed custom projects are final sale.

DAMAGE AND FREIGHT CLAIMS

Please inspect the piece and packaging at pickup, delivery, or freight handoff. Claims are reviewed case by case and require timely notice, photographs, delivery details, and original packaging. Do not discard, repair, alter, or return an item until Wildwood Legacy provides written instructions.
