HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM ORDER TAKE?+
Timing depends on the piece, material availability, resin work, engraving, and current workshop schedule. We discuss an estimated timeline before a project is approved.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?+
Deposit requirements are discussed during the project planning process based on the scope, material selection, and production schedule.
WHAT WOOD SPECIES DO YOU WORK WITH?+
Black walnut is our most-used species. We also work with cherry, hard maple, white ash, and other domestic hardwoods when they fit the project.
WHAT COLORS OF RESIN DO YOU OFFER?+
We offer classic black resin and can discuss custom color directions for the project. Resin is selected to support the wood rather than cover it up.
DO YOU SHIP OR IS IT LOCAL PICKUP ONLY?+
Eligible smaller items can ship. Larger pieces may be available for Delafield pickup, regional delivery, or a confirmed freight quote. Each product identifies its available fulfillment method.
